Graduation
I am so ready to graduate! this year has flown by so far and yet now it appears to have reached an abrupt halt. While i think that when graduation day come i’ll miss high school, right now i just can’t wait for it to come!

i think that…
I was just reading some of the platforms of the democratic parties when i noticed that one thing that they all have in common is making the rich pay their fair share of taxes. Now to me this is something that i don’t understand because while i already know that according to the polls a vast majority of the democratic supporters are lower class and of lower education, why do people who are not in that same spot in society need to pay more. I think that a lot of the uppe class tends to get looked at and stereotyped as prim donna like people who think that they are better than everyone else, whent that is not the case at all. In America’s free market society it makes it easier for people to make a success with their business as a result that doesn’t mean that they need to pay their share of “dues”. There are a lot of people that worked hard to get where they are, why do they need to pay more money because they made a success of themselves.

Spring Break!
Over this past spring break i did not really do too much out of the ordinary. That Friday and Saturday my days pretty much consisted of work. I worked past close at the restaurant on Friday and then i opened and stayed past close again on Saturday. That night i went to my Uncle Scott and my Aunt Anne’s house to hang out since my parents were still there from going out to dinner that night.
The next day was Easter Sunday and we went to Church that morning and that was followed by going to a light lunch with my Grandparents. That evening we went to dinner at the Home Place with some family friends. After that we stayed in Roanoke and went to visit my other grandparents and hung out for a few hours.
On Monday and Tuesday i babysat my younger brother and sister. That consisted of taking them to the park and playing outside. I also took them out to lunch a couple of times. I also did some shopping and that was fun.
My spring break also consisted of hanging out with some friends. We did stuff like watch movies and just hang out. I also washed my car! That is so exciting because it hadn’t been washed up to that point(since i owned it anyway). All in all my spring break was pretty ‘chill’ and i didn’t really do anything too exciting.

Plans For Spring Break!
My spring break is mainly going to consist of hanging out and doing whatever with my friends. Break starts on this Friday and ends the next Friday. I will probably be working on the weekends and going to a few movies. For Easter I will go to church and out to eat for dinner with my family. I’ll probaby go out to eat quite a bit and just have a pretty “chill” break this year.

have you heard?
Have you heard about this new hit game show that hooks you up to a lie detector and the more you tell the truth the more money you get. When i first heard about this show i thought that it was completely bogus and wrong in so many ways. I mean people are admitting to cheating on their husbands and all sorts of things on public televison for money. so, where does it stop? That’s what i’m wondering…
